Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party and inform them that the removed material may be restored after 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
